Assistant
to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed in managing schedules, communication, and follow-ups, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate and follow up on emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
Handle personal tasks such as travel arrangements, errands, and logistics.
Maintain records, files, and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating and addressing the executive's needs.
Provide general administrative support and manage task lists effectively.
Key Requirements:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and presentable personality.
