Experience:
3 to 5 years in a school or similar office administrative role.
Typing Skills:
Good speed and accuracy.
Computer Skills:
MS Excel & Advanced Excel
(e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
Tally ERP
Strong command of
English
(written and spoken)
Polite and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Maintain and update student, staff, and school records.
Prepare and manage reports using
MS Excel
and
Tally ERP
.
Handle written and verbal communication with parents, staff, and vendors.
Draft letters, emails, circulars, and internal communication.
Organize files and documents systematically.
Assist in logistical and operational support for school events and daily tasks.
