Role Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Office Assistant to support smooth office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and staff. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule, organize, and manage meetings for the Director, including calendar coordination and follow-ups.
Review and check employee work reports and share updates with management as required.
Monitor and track project timelines to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
Maintain office records, documents, and files in an organized manner.
Assist in preparing reports, emails, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support.
Handle general office administration duties assigned from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Email.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to travel as per official requirements.
Prior experience in office administration or a similar role will be an added advantage.
