JOB DESCRIPTION -OFFICE ASSISTANT
Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage social media pages
Schedule and manage patient appointments and coordinate with the clinic's schedule.
Provide information to patients about treatments, consultation timings, and other services.
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Keep inventory of office and clinical supplies, placing orders when necessary
Notify patients of upcoming appointments and follow up on missed appointments.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
