We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves supporting office operations, maintaining records, handling communication, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and place orders when required.
Support staff and management with administrative tasks.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, or vendors.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in office administration preferred.
