Assist in processing office financial transactions (cheque submission, direct payments)
Manage office stationery purchasing
Monitor inventory of stationery and general office supplies
Greet visitors, answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems (documents, records, correspondence).
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence.
Maintain office supplies: monitor stock, place orders, ensure supplies are available and functional.
Provide general clerical support: data entry, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing documents/presentations.
Ensure the office environment (common areas, reception, meeting rooms) remains orderly, clean and professional.
