KMR Aspects Design Studio is looking for a proactive and organized
Office Assistant
to support day-to-day office operations and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily office activities
Handle phone calls, messages, emails, and basic correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling meetings and internal coordination
Support team members with administrative tasks
Ensure smooth communication between office staff and management
Assist in basic reporting and data entry
Videography and basic media handling (added advantage)
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with prior experience can apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Videography skills will be an added advantage
