Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
Manage filing, documentation, and record-keeping for office operations.
Communication Support:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist in arranging meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Office Management:
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and ensure a clean, professional work environment.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Update databases, prepare basic reports, and support accounts/purchase teams when required.
Support Functions:
Provide assistance to senior staff and departments in day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce/Arts/Business Administration or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in office administration or assistant roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
