We are seeking a Experienced / Fresher reliable and detail-oriented
Office Assistant
to support our legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and assist in maintaining organized case files.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence
Assist in Agreement Drafting & Filing
Assist team with document preparation and filing
Handle client inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies and coordinate/follow-up with Clients
Requirements:
Minimum SSC or Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in a any firm or legal environment preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
