About the Role:



We are looking for a proactive and organized

Office Assistant

to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Coordinate office supplies and inventory management Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities Provide assistance to management and other staff as required

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
