Job Summary
As an Office Assistant, you will handle administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include job card entry, engine billing, attendance tracking, and preparing reports for the head office and branch activities.
Key Duties:
Prepare engine billing & service invoices.
Track and maintain daily employee attendance.
Submit reports to Head Office
Support day-to-day branch administration.
Handle spare parts unit in the absence of in-charge.
Manage petty cash, daily collections & bank deposits.
Maintain and renew legal/statutory branch documents (rental agreements, licenses, approvals).
