Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable

Office Assistant

to join our team. In this role, you will support daily office operations including accounts, perform administrative duties, and assist various departments as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:



Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare and reconcile bank statements Support monthly and yearly closing processes Assist with audits and documentation Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements:



Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail) Familiarity with

Tally

(training can be provided) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
