Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents as required.
Assist in handling courier, postage, and distribution of incoming/outgoing documents.
Ensure availability of pantry supplies and office stationery.
Support in moving files, office items, and equipment when required.
Run errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, refreshments, projector, etc.).
Perform other clerical and support tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping.
Ability to read and write in English / local language.
