Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chairman with daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Have to act as the personal assistant of the Chairman.
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
Coordinate meetings and maintain records
Prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain files and ensure proper documentation
Ensure confidentiality of office and company information
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Perform other office-related duties as assigned
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
