We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Office Assistant

to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling basic errands, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Collecting fee from students Run errands such as delivering documents or collecting supplies. Monitor and refill office supplies (stationery.) Support minor clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, or organising documents. Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings. Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of common areas. Perform any other duties assigned by the Admin or HR team.

Requirements:



Bcom (preferred). Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. Basic understanding of office etiquette.
