Job Profile



Job Title: Office Assistant

Required Qualification: Degree with Computer Knowledge.

Experience: should have experience working with Ms Office and Ms Excel

Salary: 10k to 12k

Job type: full time

(Candidates with two wheeler and located around 15 km from Sreekaryam and adjacent places)

Job Overview



To record, modify and maintain data in websites as well as in Files and folders.

Responsibilities:

1. Application Management: Prepare and submit subsidy applications to MNRE, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

2. Documentation Compliance: Ensure all required documents, such as project reports and customer details, adhere to MNRE's documentation standards.

3. Coordination with MNRE: Facilitate communication between the company and MNRE officials, addressing queries and providing necessary information promptly.

4. Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive record of all subsidy-related documents, approvals, and correspondence for future reference.

5. Customer Communication: Communicate subsidy details to customers, guiding them through the necessary documentation and ensuring timely submission.

6. Policy Awareness: Stay updated on MNRE policies, guidelines, and any changes in subsidy schemes to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

7. Audit Support: Prepare for and assist in any audits related to MNRE subsidies, providing required documentation and ensuring compliance.

8. Timeline Management: Manage deadlines for subsidy applications, approvals, and disbursements, ensuring timely completion of all documentation-related tasks.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as project management and finance, to gather required information and streamline the documentation process.

10. Quality Control: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all subsidy-related documents, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

11. Reporting: Generate reports on subsidy status, application progress, and any issues encountered, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Skills



Proficient in computer skills and microsoft office and Excel Excellent communication skill. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
