We want a smart office assistant for our Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse, who is responsible to perform vital administrative and physical tasks:

receiving/shipping goods

, managing inventory (scanning, updating records),

processing orders

, packing, loading, and keeping the workspace organized and safe, requiring

basic computer skills

, attention to detail, physical stamina, and familiarity with inventory software and equipment like scanners or pallet jacks to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities



Inventory Management:

Receiving, checking, storing, updating stock records, conducting counts, and reporting discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, including generating labels.

Shipping & Receiving:

Unloading trucks, processing incoming stock, and loading outbound shipments.

Administrative Duties:

Handling shipping documents, filing orders, and entering data into computer systems.

Warehouse Upkeep:

Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized working environment, and participating in cleaning schedules.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy, familiarity with inventory management software, barcode scanners, and data entry.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and good communication
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
