We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support our Orthopedic Implant Distribution wing. The role involves office coordination, billing support, and document handling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records of implants, instruments, and deliveries
Coordinate with delivery executives and hospitals as per surgery schedules
Prepare billing, invoices, and update accounts records
Follow up on payments with hospitals and clients
Deliver office documents such as bills and statements when required
Handle phone calls, emails, and routine office work
Track incoming and outgoing inventory
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
No specific qualification required (experience is an added advantage)
