Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily office operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace. The ideal candidate will assist our administrative and facility teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:



Support with basic office errands, filing, and administrative tasks Coordinate with the Facility & Admin Officer for daily operational needs Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, pantry, and common areas Coordinate with pantry stock and supplies Handle mail, courier, and document delivery Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging logistics as required

Requirements:



Education: 10th/12th 1-2 years of experience in office support, housekeeping, or similar roles (experience in healthcare or corporate settings preferred) Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy Basic communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness and orderliness
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
