Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our product development,
purchase coordination, and import documentation processes. The role involves close coordination
with international manufacturers (primarily China), designers, shipment agents, and internal teams to
ensure timely product development, stock management, and smooth import operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Development & Purchase Coordination
Coordinate with factories to follow up on new product purchases, track production status, and
ensure timely completion.
Maintain communication with manufactures regarding samples, specifications, and Invoices.
2. Packaging Coordination
Assign design requirements to the designer for new product packaging and follow up with the
designer to ensure packaging designs are completed on time.
3. Import Documentation & Shipment Support
Collect invoices from manufacturers for all selected products and submit invoices and other
relevant documents to the shipment agent to facilitate the import process.
Maintain an organized record of all import-related documentation.
4. Stock Monitoring & Reordering
Monitor product stock levels across India and Dubai warehouses.
Analyze product movement and trends to determine reorder requirements and place reorder
requests with manufacturers based on sales data, stock age, and market trends.
5. Product Trend Analysis & Ageing Management
Study market product trends to support new product planning.
Track ageing stock and coordinate necessary actions to minimize ageing.
Provide regular reports on stock, product performance and ageing item
Skills & Qualifications o Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. o Strong communication skills (English mandatory) o Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation management.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
