About the Role:


We are looking for a

female Office Assistant

with strong communication and organizational skills to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

Hindi and English

and proficient in

MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities:



Handle routine office work, documentation, and correspondence Prepare and manage reports, letters, and data entry in MS Word and Excel Coordinate meetings, calls, and office schedules Maintain records, files, and other administrative tasks Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and internal teams

Requirements:



Female candidate preferred Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluency in

English and Hindi

(spoken and written) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized, punctual, and presentable
