Key Responsibilities
Attend phone calls and customer enquiries
Maintain office files, documents, and records
Prepare quotations, reports, and Excel sheets
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and technicians
Manage office supplies and handle day-to-day activities
Schedule service visits and installation activities
Assist in billing, invoice collection, and payment follow-ups
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized and active personality
Ability to multitask and handle office work responsibly
