We are looking for a responsible and organized

Office Assistant

to support daily office operations. The candidate will handle documentation, calls, coordination, and basic administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities



Attend phone calls and customer enquiries Maintain office files, documents, and records Prepare quotations, reports, and Excel sheets Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and technicians Manage office supplies and handle day-to-day activities Schedule service visits and installation activities Assist in billing, invoice collection, and payment follow-ups

Required Skills



Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Good communication and coordination skills Organized and active personality Ability to multitask and handle office work responsibly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
