Handle day-to-day office operations and assist in maintaining office files and records.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and documentation.
Support the administrative and HR teams with data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for office-related tasks.
Telecalling & Communication:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients/customers for inquiries, follow-ups, or feedback.
Handle inbound calls, provide information, and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a call log and update client information in CRM or Excel sheets.
Follow up on leads, appointments, or pending documents.
Represent the company professionally and courteously during all telephonic conversations.
