JOB DESCRIPTION :

An office assistant performs administrative and organizational tasks to support the day-to-day operations of an office. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed Maintains office schedule by picking up and delivering items as needed. Make travel reservations for executive team Managing filing system

OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma Experience as an office assistant or in a related field. Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary. Warm personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under limited supervision. Great communication skills. Have a valid driver's license.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
