About the Role:



We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our daily operations by managing computer tasks, conducting research, performing data entry, and handling a variety of administrative duties.

Responsibilities:



Use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare documents, presentations, and reports. Utilize MS Word to create professional documents, letters, presentations, and reports. Conduct in-depth research online and through internal databases to gather information and assist with project tasks. Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, ensuring timely processing and information integrity. Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare documents and presentations, process invoices and purchase orders.
Qualifications:

Any educational qualification is fine. Proficiency in computer applications MS Office Suite, internet browsing, database management. Data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
