Role Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive
Office Assistant
to support daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
Assist staff with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed
Support in arranging meetings, events, and room setups
Handle basic errands and refreshments for the team
Ensure smooth communication between different departments
Requirements:
Prior experience in office administration or support roles preferred
Punctual, reliable, and proactive
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
