We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of office operations. The role involves day-to-day administrative assistance, banking work, document handling, and other office-related tasks. Candidates with their own two-wheeler and holding both two-wheeler and four-wheeler licenses will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.
Carry out banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearance, and other transactions.
Collect, deliver, and submit documents to banks, clients, and government offices as required.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.
Support coordination between departments for smooth operations.
Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of office operations and banking procedures.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
