Banking & Financial Documentation
Handle banking transactions such as cash/cheque deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers as instructed.
Prepare and submit banking-related statements and documentation on time.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for official requirements.
Coordination & Assistance
Assist in coordination between departments and external vendors/service providers.
Support management and employees in administrative and operational functions.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in handling official documents.
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of banking processes and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Other Requirements
Candidates residing within 5-10 km radius are preferred.
Male candidates are preferred.
Two-wheeler license is mandatory.
Age group preferred: 40-50 years.
