Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by handling clerical tasks, assisting team members, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. Visit Patients and clients Staff Deployment and adavance Support staff with photocopying, scanning, printing, and data entry tasks. Handle courier services, collect Office related things, Visit bank for transactions.
Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus. Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role preferred. Good communication skills in English and local language. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, file management). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Driving license :Both two and four wheeler
Work Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
