Key Responsibility
responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors. o Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and parents. o Answering phone calls, inquiries, and providing information about the institution. o Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.). o Scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar of events. o Managing student attendance records and updating databases. o Assisting with admissions and enrolment processes. o Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. o Handling student and staff records, including maintaining confidentiality. o Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. o Coordinating with relevant departments for repairs and maintenance. o Managing room bookings and scheduling for meetings or events. o Ensuring a clean and organized front office area. o Providing information and guidance regarding academic programs, courses, and enrolment procedures. o Assisting with student registrations, fee collection, and issuing receipts. o Addressing student and parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally. o Liaising with faculty and staff to ensure efficient communication.
