Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the branch, guiding them on chit fund procedures Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to subscriptions, auctions, and payouts. Maintain filing systems for subscriber agreements, auction records, and compliance documents. Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations. Circulate notices regarding chit auction dates, payment reminders, and compliance updates. Input subscriber details, payment schedules, and auction results into company databases. Generate simple reports on collections, defaulters, and payouts for management review. Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning Assist in organizing branch-level events, milestone celebrations, and compliance awareness sessions Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial and subscriber records

Qualification Needed

Degree or Plus Two with equivalent qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
