Key Responsibilities



A. Front Desk & Reception Management



Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a polite and professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned department. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable condition. Receive and distribute couriers, documents, and parcels.

B. Customer Handling & Support



Attend walk-in customers and provide basic information about company services. Register customer enquiries and forward them to the sales or technical team. Coordinate customer appointments with concerned staff.

C. Office & Administrative Support



Maintain visitor registers and call logs. Assist with basic office documentation and data entry. Support HR and accounts teams with routine office tasks as required. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

D. Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations. Communicate politely and clearly with customers and staff. Follow up on enquiries when instructed by the management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
