Job Summary
: This role manages administrative tasks, supports staff, coordinates office activities, and maintains a well-organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and update required documents.
Communicate document-related changes or updates to the concerned teams.
Maintain databases.
Generate weekly/monthly reports as required
Key Skills and Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in documentation or administrative roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of document management systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Experience in handling confidential information responsibly
