Assist in day-to-day office functioning and administrative tasks
Maintain office files, documentation, and digital record systems
Handle scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing of documents
Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces & meeting rooms
Client & Visitor Assistance
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
Support in scheduling client meetings & bank visits
Handle basic communication--phone calls, emails, and messages
Documentation & Data Entry
Assist in preparing basic letters, forms, and documents
Collect, organize, and file client KYC, agreements, and receipts
Update CRM or Excel sheets with client follow-ups and status
Maintain records for OTS/NPA cases and document movement
Bank & Courier Work
Submit and collect documents from banks, legal offices, and partners
Handle courier services, postal documents, cheque deposits, etc.
Support to Management & Team
Provide support to senior executives in day-to-day tasks
Coordinate internal communication and meeting arrangements
Prepare tea/coffee for guests and internal team when required
Operational Support for NPA/ARC Activities
Assist in maintaining case files:
OTS applications
Bank correspondence
Borrower documentation
Legal notices (SARFAESI/DRT)
Support scanning and indexing loan files, agreements & legal papers

Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
