Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Bangalore.

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to manage administrative support and external assignments. The role demands high mobility, with around 80% travel for real estate and registration office-related tasks, along with day-to-day office assistance.

Key Responsibilities

? Handle routine office administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
? Manage external responsibilities such as real estate and registration office work.
? Travel extensively (around 80% of work) for errands, follow-ups, and official assignments.
? Ensure smooth coordination between office operations and field activities.

? Support management and staff with required administrative assistance.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
? 3-5 years of relevant work experience in office assistance/administrative support.
? Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
? Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? High level of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to travel extensively.
? Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
