The ideal candidate will assist in Packing and Dispatch of Material according to the order flow with clerical duties and data entry, document management, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform operational duties such as Packing and Dispatch.
Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory logs.
Assist in processing orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Follow up with Transport agents on Cargo delivery status
Greet visitors and assist with customer inquiries or delivery pickups.
Requirements:
PUC/Degree/ITI or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Open for Freshers
2 wheeler license is Must
Occasional travel to customer place might required
Owning 2 wheeler is a Plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Office environment within a distribution or warehouse setting.
Require packing and transport of small packages.
Monday to Saturday schedule.
