organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant
to support our daily operations and help keep things running smoothly.
Fresh 11/12 th (With accountancy subject)/BCom/BBA candidates can apply
Salary 16K/month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and correspondence.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Maintain purchase and sales records.
Track and support documentation and logistical operations
Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Assist in basic accounts and inventory management.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (knowledge of more languages is a plus).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Document handling).
Prior experience in office administration preferred; manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a small, fast-paced environment.
