Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Support the team with clerical duties as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Familiarize yourself with Google Workspace tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Experience
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, particularly in roles related to customer support or as a dental receptionist.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with QuickBooks and Google Workspace is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is important.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients and team members.
