Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office cleanliness (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.).
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in filing, photocopying, and document handling.
Handle outdoor tasks such as bank work, courier, and delivering documents.
Manage office supplies and inform the admin for replenishment.
Assist staff during meetings and office events.
Support administrative tasks as assigned.
Ensure proper functioning of pantry and cleanliness of utensils.
Requirements:
Basic communication skills.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to follow instructions and handle tasks responsibly.
Physically fit to carry light office items.
Previous experience as an office boy/helper is an advantage.
