Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks such as attendance records, expense claims, and documentation.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing mail and courier arrangements.
Maintain updated records of office assets, employee directories, and contact lists.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative or office support roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
