Manage daily office operations related to import-export activities.
Handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs paperwork.
Maintain records of shipments, delivery schedules, and compliance documents.
Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers via email and calls.
Perform accurate data entry of transactions and maintain filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports related to imports, exports, and logistics.
Support the management team with administrative and clerical tasks.
