Job Description

Office Assistant:



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members as required. Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements
Create and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders . Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and execution of office operations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Administrative Support:



Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management. Assist in the coordination of university events and meetings. Maintain an event calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming events. Address and resolve complaints or refer them to the appropriate department. Any other work as assigned from time to time.

Emergency Response:



Act as a point of contact during emergencies, following established protocols. Communicate emergency information to relevant university officials.

Confidentiality:



Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with university policies regarding data protection and privacy.

Professional Development:



Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities. Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and new initiatives. Continuously improve the quality of service provided at the reception. Seek feedback to improve performance and enhance service quality. Maintain a calm and professional demeanour, be appropriately dressed.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
