Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team.
Handle daily office operations including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.
Use
Microsoft Excel
for:
Preparing reports, charts, and dashboards.
Data entry, analysis, and maintenance of records.
Managing spreadsheets for expense tracking, attendance, and inventory.
Learn and operate the
ERP software
for data entry, report generation, and process management.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors/clients.
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when required.
Support HR/Accounts teams with documentation, ERP data updates, and reporting.
Ensure a smooth workflow by coordinating between departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory).
Prior experience (1-2 years) in an office administration or assistant role.
Strong proficiency in
(training will be provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
