We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Document Scanning Assistant

to support our office in handling physical documents, scanning, organising digital files, and maintaining proper records. The role involves basic office assistance and requires sincerity, discipline and confidentiality.

Collect, arrange and prepare documents for scanning Scan documents using office scanners and apps Name, label and organise scanned files in proper folders Maintain confidentiality of client documents Ensure all scanned documents are clear, complete and correctly saved Assist in filing, photocopying, and general office tasks Coordinate with seniors for document requirements Deliver/collect documents from clients when required (if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Work Location: In person
