The Office Assistant / Field Coordinator will assist in day-to-day office and field-related tasks, including submission of documents to government offices (like GMDA), banks, and consultants. The role involves document handling, record maintenance, printing, scanning, and general administrative support for the project and billing teams.
Key Responsibilities:1. External Coordination:
Visit
banks
for
Bank Guarantee (BG)
submission, collection, and related follow-ups.
Submit and collect letters, drawings, and documents from
GMDA
,
client offices
, and other government departments.
Ensure all submissions are acknowledged and maintain proper record of dispatches.
Deliver and collect documents between
site, head office, and consultant offices
as required.
2. Office & Documentation Support:
Handle
printing, scanning, and photocopying
of drawings, bills, and letters.
Maintain an
inward-outward register
and document dispatch log.
Assist engineers and billing staff in preparing document sets for submission.
Organize and file hard copies and soft copies of all important records.
3. General Office Assistance:
Support in courier dispatches, stationery management, and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of company documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff or the Project Manager.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of
official correspondence and document handling

Ability to
communicate clearly
and deal politely with client and bank officials.
Computer literacy
- basic operation of MS Office, scanner, and printer.
Good
organizational and time management
skills.
Must be
reliable, punctual
, and responsible in handling documents.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum
12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Additional computer or office management course preferred.
