Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Provide support to managers and employees with routine administrative tasks
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully functional
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
