Kickstart Vision to Reality Private Limited is seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our office. The successful candidate will perform various clerical and administrative tasks to assist our team and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients courteously.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Keep the office environment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Support other administrative functions as required by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass from a recognized board.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under limited supervision.
Pleasant and professional demeanor with a customer service orientation.
Salary & Benefits:
