Office Assistant
who can handle day-to-day operational, creative, and digital marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing office operations and coordination.
Work with tools like
Canva
for creatives, posters, and presentations.
Support the marketing team in handling
Instagram, Facebook, and Ads Manager
.
Maintain product listings and basic content updates.
Perform basic
Excel and Word
tasks (data entry, formatting, reporting).
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Draft professional emails and documents with
good communication skills
.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with
Canva
.
Familiarity with
Instagram & Facebook (business pages / ads)
.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Word
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Good to Have
Interest in digital marketing and brand building.
Prior experience in e-commerce or lifestyle industry.
