Quality Chemist
with prior experience in the
Beverages Industry/FMCG Industry/Packaged drinking /Natural Mineral water Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Handle calls, emails & routine communication.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Assist the management with letters, reports & basic presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
Assist in daily accounting entries and updates.
Record invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment details.
Help with petty cash handling & expense tracking.
Coordinate with the accountant for monthly financial updates.
Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory.
Schedule meetings and arrange basic logistics.
Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-7 years of experience as an Office Assistant/Admin Assistant/Accounts Assistant.
Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Salary:
20-25k per month.
