Job Description

1. Office Management & Coordination



Maintain the office environment, ensure cleanliness, and manage daily operational needs. Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, printing, repair technicians, etc.). Manage office supplies inventory (stationery, samples, brochures, catalogues). Handle incoming calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries with professionalism.

2. Project Coordination Support



Assist designers in preparing project files, documentation, and presentations. Coordinate site visits and client meetings--scheduling, reminders, and logistics. Maintain project trackers for timelines, materials, quotations, and deliverables. Follow up with vendors and contractors for material delivery, sample submissions, and status updates. Ensure proper documentation of all project stages--design, approval, execution, handover. Follow up with clients for pending payments (as instructed).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
